Cara Mengubah Login Screen Window di Ubuntu 10.10

Buka Terinal di Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal lalu copy paste :

sudo cp /usr/share/applications/gnome-appearance-properties.desktop /usr/share/gdm/autostart/LoginWindow

Setelah diganti, buka terminal dan copy paste :

sudo unlink /usr/share/gdm/autostart/LoginWindow/gnome-appearance-properties.desktop

Untuk menghentikan munculnya window Appearance

Menggunakan modem smart di ubuntu tidak semudah di Windows, akan tetapi tetap ada cara untuk mengkoneksikan internet menggunakan Modem Smart ZTE AC2726 di Ubuntu.
Tahapan:
1. Install USB_ModeSwitch dan wvdial
2. Colok modem ke USB Slot
3. Jalankan di terminal :
$ lsusb
4. Maka akan muncul :

Bus 001 Device 003: ID 1058:1003 Western Digital Technologies, Inc.

5. Pada device id terlihat 19d2:fff1 itu berarti modemnya sudah terdeteksi, klo yang keluar itu id 19d2:fff5 artinya usb storage yang terdeteksi, gunakan usbmodeswitch untuk mengubahnya.

6. Edit config /etc/usb_modeswitch.conf:
sudo gedit /etc/usb_modeswitch.conf

7. Masukkan seperti berikut:

9. Cabut dan colok ulang usb modemnya lalu jalankan usb_modeswitch kemudian lsusb, seharus dapat 19d2:fff1. Setelah modem terdeteksi, jalankan wvdialconf kemudian edit /etc/wvdial.conf

$ wvdialconf

$ sudo gedit /etc/wvdial.conf

Init1 = ATZ

Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0

Modem Type = Analog Modem

Phone = #777

ISDN = 0

Password = smart

New PPPD = yes

Username = smart

Modem = /dev/ttyUSB0

Baud = 460800

10. Ganti pada phone, username dan password saja.

11. Untuk Konek : wvdial di terminal
12. Untuk Disconect : Ctrl + X di terminal

Cara Menghapus Account Facebook Secara Permanen / Keseluruhan

Facebook memang mengasyikan. Namun bagaimana bila kita ingin menghapus accoutn tersebut? Yang pasti akan sulit, apabila dihapus juga tetap bisa diakses oleh kita. Nah, berikut ini saya akan menerangkan bagaimana cara menghapus account secara permanen (bukan deactive account).

1. Log In ke Account Facebook anda

2.Klik Tab Account di pojok kanan atas anda, lalu pilih Help Center

3. Lalu liat di pojok kanan atas, klik "How do I permanently delete my account?"

4. Lalu klik "submit your request here"



5. Klik Submit

6. Isikan password, lalu ketikkan ulang kode Security Check, lalu klik Okay

7. Tunggu sekitar 14 hari untuk menunggu account anda dihapus secara total

(dalam 14 Hari Account masih bisa dibuka)
